Hello reader! I'm honored that you are considering my request. You do not have to use any of the ideas I wrote in my Likes, just follow the Do Not Wants (DNW) and I'm sure I will enjoy it too :D

I've attempted to write this letter to encompass ideas I like in visual art, writing, and other creative mediums. I would like to show that I like a broad range of things, so, if we have any matching interests that are weird or niche, you can write something we mutually enjoy.

I never log into twitter/tumblr/instagram. I just for post stuff on there and run away, so I probably won't see messages or tags.

I like pretty much everything! I like typical stuff like writing and art, as well as experimemtal work. Prose, meta, non-fiction, drawings, amvs, whatever you can think of! Stuff that plays with narration, unreliable viewpoints, in-universe documentation, multi-media.. all cool with me.

I really love seeing handcrafted works, like zines, sculptures, physical collages, and other real world objects.

I generally don't like to hear spoken audio by itself, like ASMR or podfics. It's fine if it's part of a video, music, or animation.

• Cute stuff! Fluff, growing friendship, mundane life, hanging out, holidays!!
• Humor! Funny! Silly! I like to laugh.
• Moody stuff! Mellow, atmospheric, tearjerking, and psychological.
• Emphasizing inhuman features of a character: claws, wings, teeth.
• Animal characteristics and symbolism. Ex: catboys with literal cat ears, or just comparing a character to a cat or whatever.
• AAimal-sonas. Turn them into dogs or cats or earthworms or whatever you think fits them! Heck, turn 'em into monsters and creatures from mythology or your mind.
• Boy to girl genderbends! Turn them into yuri, hets, or unspecififed genders. I LOVE when they keep their personality, but they just change their haircut, clothes, and/or body fat distribution.
• Descriptions of a character's body from another character's POV.
• Canon divergence, alternate timelines
• Medical stuff! Taking care of one another.

I use the term “ship” to mean relationships that range from platonic, familial, romantic, overlapping and otherwise.

• Emphasis on contrasts between characters: i.e age difference, size difference, experience difference
• Crushes, unrequited feelings, one-sided infatuation, unspoken emotion, obliviousness
• Platonic interactions, but can be read with yaoi goggles on. Just friends…lest?
• Ephemeral relationships. Perhaps not “endgame”, but can remain a nostalgic memory.
• Rejection. Mourning, loss and death. Haunted.
• Toxic obsession, (co-)dependency, desperation, masochism.
• Gekokujō - someone of a lower position overthrowing someone of a higher position. Comparable to role reversal.

• Kidnapping, torture, restraints.
• Illness, blood, vomit.
• Hospitals, bedbound, medical experimentation.
• Bones, ribcages, spines, vertebrae, skeletal anatomy.
• Death, cannibalism, organs, tendons, tissue, strung out intestines, decapitation, amputation, quadruple limb amputation.

• Focus on what the characters are feeling (emotionally and physically)
• Bigger/taller bottoms, old man uke (45+ yrs old!! Man can be any gender..
• Confident bottoms: power bottom, experienced, cruel, sadist, masochist.
• Unassuming tops: smaller, submissive ineperienced, virgin, younger, chibi seme!
• Strong tops and moe-through-helplessness bottoms 😉 especially coupled with old man uke and role reversal.
• Femdom, fem-top.
• Dudes with vaginas, girls with penises, treated as unremarkable.
• Monsterfucking, xenophilia, teratophilia.
• Non-penetrative sex: intercrural, through clothes, heavy petting, etc.
• Hand holding, gentle, guiding sex 🥺
• Unspoken consent
• Dubious consent (on both sides too!!), whether with alcohol, drugs, heat cycles, fuck-or-die, a third-party coercing them…
• Ero-guro
• Nullo: characters without genitals. Could be born that way, chose to do it, did a ritual, part of torture, or cartoon characters that are just like that.

These are subjects that are often put on DNW lists, that I'm fine with.

If there is a fandom-specific DNW in my main exchange summary (like on AO3 or Dreamwidth) that may conflict with this text, the fandom-specific DNWs override the ones below.

• Infidelity, jealousy, possessiveness, characters being in unhealthy/abusive relationships
• Unrequited love, love stories that end badly, separations
• Darker subjects of death, noncon, illness, and bad endings. Do Not Wants

DNW = Do Not Want. Stuff I don't care for. I do not judge others for what they like. These are my personal boundaries.

If there is a fandom-specific DNW in my main exchange summary (like on AO3 or Dreamwidth) that may conflict with this text, the fandom-specific DNWs override the ones below.

I can elaborate on some details of the DNWs on another page, but if you need any further clarification feel free to ask.

• No established romantic relationships between the main ship (think boyfriend, husband, etc) unless otherwise requested.
• No ship reversal for one-sided attraction (like X character has a one-sided attraction to Y character) unless I state otherwise.
• No out-of-universe specific war/disaster/disease scenarios like Covid-19, 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, etc. If it's a war-themed universe, like TF2 or Fallout, it's fine to mention historical events that have happened in universe.
• Don’t focus conflict on systematic oppression like racism, transphobia, sexism, homophobia, ableism, etc. I'm fine with brief mentions of it in-universe, if it's part of the culture, character, and/or era. But I do not want that to be the main conflict.

Unwanted sexual subjects. Please read if you plan to create something sexual. Click to view

• No ship reversal for dynamics I've specififed (top/bottom, dom/sub) unless I state otherwise.
• No bathroom kinks: scat, farts, pee. Medical context is fine. Vomit is fine.
• No omegaverse, a/b/o dynamics.
• No daddy kink, or any sexual mention of the term “daddy”. Unless it's meant to be mocking or funny in-character.
• No underage sex (under 18 years old)
• No bestiality. That means real animals like cats, dogs, horses, and so on. Mythological creatures, shifters, and monsters are fine (ex: catboys, xenomorphs, werewolves, dragons, giant radioactive bugs).
• No cartoonish body transformation fetishes like inflation, flattening, hyper-endowment, unbirthing.
• No stuffing, feederism.
