Today I learned that termites are a type of roach, rather than ant. They also have Kings and Queens, unlike other colony bugs that tend to have just queens. The king's job is to give a continuous supply of sperm to the queen and NOTHING ELSE. Queen lives 25 years, king lives up to 5 gears. Queens lay an egg every 15 seconds.
