 I have the latest version of New Vegas Ultimate edition from Steam, with all DLC installed and enabled.

+I use [[https://vivanewvegas.moddinglinked.com/mo2.html|Mod Organizer 2]] to install and order my mods.  It also allowed me to export my modlist as a CSV, and you can display CSVs as tables on Dokuwiki, how wonderful!
