 I have the latest version of New Vegas Ultimate edition from Steam, with all DLC installed and enabled.

   * Most of the stuff loaded in the first 100 slots are dependencies, libraries, and performance fixes to get NV running on my potato PC.
   * A lot of the mods are vanilla-like, meaning: adding more perks, making the game combat and economy harder, distributing items amongst NPCs for more variety.  There might be a mod or two to have the lady's sexy lingerie mesh available for men (no more sagass jammies!! more sheer negligees!).
