Checklist:

General

  • Business cards / free mini art print - multi-purpose and it makes customers happy
  • Branding - On signs, packaging, price sheets, etc. Pre-brand bags with stickers if necessary :P
  • Coupons - for stuff that's sold out, customers can order online. Change this coupon code for different events to track which events are giving you repeat customers.
  • Prices - Price list in acrylic stands? Price tags on items
  • Pickup - offer market pickup where people can order ahead and pick up at the market
  • Payment Methods - Square Reader to accept cards and Apple Pay, cash, and Venmo. Separate phone/tablet to accept payments?
  • Socials - Sign that says “tag me @blahblah”
  • Schedule - Events tab on your website
  • Inventory - Keep everything in bins in case of rain or soak.
  • Collapsible wagon - for transporting stuff to and from car

  • Rain Jacket
  • Notebook/Notepad for ideas, stonks

  • Change of clothes - for longer events
  • Food and drinks (granola bars, fruit slices, pasta salad, snacks)

    • I have the big construction belt, and a white fannypack that's a bit smaller (can barely hold my phone haha)

  • Location-specific products, like stickers for that town.
  • “gift with purchase” over $100 or whatever

Tent

  • ✅ The tent lol.
  • Signs for tent edge
    • ✅ made clown signs for 2025_slutfest_aug, can reuse those and give accessories for the clown…
  • ✅ Sandbags/weights with water
  • ✅ 6 ft table
    • also have a 5ft table that might be more ergonomic for caricature focused cons.
  • ✅ Chairs
    • have a double-wide camping chair, have 2 other camping chairs, have 2 foldup chairs.
    • camping chairs are a bit flimsy and saggy and uncomfy… but they do fold up smaller than the sturdier foldup chairs.
