 Futa is the werewolfes of gender kink... Tangentially touches upon something else similar (futanari magic pebis to irl trans stuff, werewolves to [fear of primordial nature within supposedly "civilized" man, and/or menstrual cycles and the connection of nature with femininity lol]) but is ultimately some magic wizard thing like inflation and vore.  They're the balls touching the other balls in the venn diagram of fantasy vs grounded stories 🤔 Futa is the werewolfes of gender kink...  +parallel to butch-femme lesbian relationships in the west, (including the Toms sometimes getting hormones/surgery while still not identifying as trans men) but not quite!  Here's a little reading with how language and culture differs ever so much so that the words don't quite match up:

 +I think for people who grew up with more gay people around them IRL this is helpful...  and I think for my group of fujos, we found the term "fujoshi" useful because we were relatively isolated from a gay community but found what we were looking for with yaoi and other fu"joshi" and now not-quite-joshi online!
