-You can load the textures up in any drawing program (i use Clip Studio Paint, or sometimes an old version of Photoshop CS6), and set the halftone layer to multiply. I like to use a mix of a hard round brush for filling big areas, and a grainy noise brush for shading.  You can also be lazy and set the whole layer to "overlay" over your colors for some texture.
